1. Filing a notice
Send a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the details required under applicable law.
3. Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
4. Designated agent
The designated agent for notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is Austin Thesing, Design X Develop LLC. Email support@dxd.link with the subject line DMCA. Phone: Pending. The phone number is not on file yet and must be added before Copyright Office registration. Notices can also be sent to that same email address.
