How to use it in your bio
- Generate a code for your page link, for example dxd.link/yourname, rather than a single post. You can change what's on the page later without reprinting.
- Use the SVG for print: posters, merch tags, business cards, and stage banners. It stays sharp at any size.
- Use the PNG for slides, stories, and email signatures.
- Print it at least 2 cm (about 0.8 in) wide and leave a white margin around it. Test it with two phones before a print run.
Questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The code stores your link directly, with no redirect service in between. It works as long as the link it points to works.
Can I change where the code points after printing?
Not the code itself. Point it at a page you control, like your dxd.link page, and change the page instead. The printed code keeps working.
Should I download PNG or SVG?
SVG for anything printed or scaled up, because it is vector and never blurs. PNG for places that only take images, like stories or slides.
Is my link sent anywhere?
No. The code is generated by JavaScript in your browser. Nothing you type here is stored.
Does dxd.link give me a QR code for my page?
