Yes, adult creators can use dxd.link. You may link to lawful adult platforms such as OnlyFans or Fansly. You may not upload explicit media to the page or sell adult content through dxd.link. Turn on the free 18+ age gate for any page that carries adult links, and mark each of those links Sensitive / 18+ so visitors confirm before they leave.

Recommended setup
Keep the main tab safe for work so it can sit in an Instagram or TikTok bio. Put adult destinations on a second tab (see the multi-page guide). Turn on the 18+ age gate for that tab, and mark its LINK blocks as Sensitive / 18+ so visitors confirm once before leaving. Extra tabs are on Creator. On Free, gate your one page and mark adult links as sensitive.
How link-in-bio tools handle adult content
We read each tool's published terms, community standards, and help articles on 2026-10-03. Most allow links to adult platforms with a warning. None allow explicit media on the profile itself, apart from Carrd's exception for an artist's own portfolio. All of them bar selling adult content through their own checkout, or exclude it under a wider ban. Not stated means we could not find the point in a primary source. Policies change, so check the sources below before you move.

The 18+ age gate
Open Settings, then Page, and turn on 18+ age gate. You can apply it to all of your pages and make it the default for new tabs, or choose it during onboarding. Visitors see a full-page notice asking them to confirm they are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live, with an exit button beside it. Their answer is remembered for that page only. The gate is free on every plan. It is a clear notice, not ID verification. More detail is on the age gate feature page.
Sensitive links before visitors leave
Select a LINK block in the editor and turn on Sensitive / 18+. When a visitor taps it, a confirmation appears before the destination opens. It works on gated and ungated pages, so a mostly safe-for-work page can still carry one adult link with an extra beat of consent. It is free on every plan.

Can I link to OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar platforms?
Yes, as long as the platform and your content are lawful. Turn on the age gate for the page that carries those links and mark each one Sensitive / 18+.
Can I keep my main page safe for Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. On Creator, keep the main tab free of adult links and ungated, and put adult destinations on a second, gated tab. Visitors choose to go there. If your profile is adult-primary, gate every tab instead.
Can I upload photos or sell content through dxd.link?
You can upload safe-for-work images. Sexually explicit media is not allowed on the page, and dxd.link does not process payments for adult content. Sell on the platform you already use and link to it.
Does the age gate check ID?
No. It asks visitors to confirm their age and remembers the answer for that page. If your destination requires verified ages, that platform handles verification.
